I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this office. Several days before my sonβs appointment, I called to confirm our visit. No one answered, so I left a voicemail. I also exchanged text messages with the office and was told that everything was confirmed. Despite taking these steps, when we arrived, the receptionist informed me that our appointment had not been properly confirmed. I explained that I had already called, left a voicemail, and confirmed through text messages. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or apologizing for the misunderstanding, the receptionist laughed at me, argued with me, and treated me with a level of disrespect that I have never experienced in a healthcare office. The officeβs confirmation process is confusing and appears to require multiple confirmations through different channels. If a patient has already called, left a voicemail, and confirmed through text messages, that should be sufficient. Patients should not be blamed for a communication problem created by the officeβs own system. What made the situation even worse was the receptionistβs behavior throughout the visit. While I was trying to discuss the issue professionally, she contin

Took my kids in expecting the usual meltdown and these amazing ladies turned it into a comedy show instead! Theyβre true kid whisperers funny, patient, and incredibly skilled. One hygienist had my son laughing so hard he forgot to be scared and actually asked to βdo it again.β They made the suction a βmagic sugar bug vacuum,β kept things fun the whole time, and my kids left with clean teeth and big smiles. Zero drama, all positive vibes. If you have little ones, this is the place. Best dental team weβve ever met thank you!! Highly recommend. πββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ

We have been patients at this office for about a year, and todayβs experience was very disappointing. I received a message yesterday stating my sonβs appointment was at 9:15 AM, and we arrived around 9:05 AM. While I was updating the child health history form, another staff member informed me that the appointment was actually at 9:00 AM and said it would need to be canceled or rescheduled because we were β5 minutes late.β What was frustrating is that we arrived before the time mentioned in the reminder message, and no flexibility or understanding was shown even though we were already in the office completing paperwork. As a parent managing appointments for children, clear communication and patient-friendly handling are very important. I hope the office improves how appointment times and scheduling issues are handled in the future. Note : I have good experience with the doctor and the nursing staffs

I had such a great experience at Main Street Dentistry with my daughter. She usually does not like getting her teeth brushed at home, so I was a little nervous about how the visit would go but the staff was absolutely amazing with her. They were so kind, patient, and gentle, and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. To my surprise, she did so well with them! You can tell they truly know how to work with kids and make the experience positive instead of scary. The whole team was warm and welcoming. Iβm so grateful for how they treated my daughter, and I highly recommend Main Street Dentistry to any parent looking for a caring and friendly dental office!

Our dental hygienist, Marcella, was seriously the best! Iβm in awe of how sweet and gentle she was with my 5-year-old. We first visited about a year and a half ago, and when I rebooked, I immediately remembered how warm and welcoming all the ladies were. This time, we also met the doctor for the first time, and she was just as lovely as Marcella. My son never complained or showed any discomfort. Iβve had some tough experiences in the past with my own teeth cleanings, but here you can truly tell how much they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
